Warranty and Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the consumer and is determined in accordance with the Warranty Certificate Regulation No. 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Law No. 6502.
To ensure the validity of warranty conditions, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, request a report from the courier and do not accept the product. Any modifications, deformations, or alterations to the original design of the product will void the warranty.
If the product you purchased from our website is found to be defective, you must contact us via our online support section within 14 days from the delivery date. Upon receiving this information, the defective product should be sent back to us via the designated courier, and a replacement will be provided.
If the defect results from customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. The return and exchange policy is applied in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
